Who we are

We woke up one morning and wondered if our boat had sailed.

We had a loving marriage, three endearing children, good careers, a welcoming house, family you’d choose, true friends and rewarding commitments in our local community.

But it was missing something.

True purpose.

Years ago we had a vision for our lives, one where our beliefs of faith, family and freedom would bring us life’s fullness and real joy. And a desire to share that with others, particularly those who don’t feel they are part of a family.

Instead, we’d found ourselves slaves to the mortgage payments, working to keep the cycles of our hectic life turning; a vortex of marketing professions, school, nursery, church and charity roles, gym clubs, dance clubs, brownies… we were being clubbed to death in a life where we didn’t belong.

Somewhere along the line we’d lost our real identities and our way  - we didn’t spend enough time with one another… our kids spent more time in the care of others – and to what end?

So we took a leap of faith and jumped off the modern-life merry-go-round… to see what we could become if we went a different way! We desire to know one another deeply, including our three girls (Charlotte, Jessica and Isabella), by spending quality time together and experiencing the richness of creation -  to be inspired to be all we can be.

We began this journey in November 2019 by travelling through Europe in a motorhome (called Faith) seeking to discover who we really are - and make our vision a reality.

Having navigated the impact of COVID-19 (& Brexit!) on our travels we landed back in our home town in March 2021. But our journey - and adventure - is far from over...
